Since becoming a licensed agent in California, in 2010, I have received the Five Star Real Estate Agent award every year since 2012, the Windermere Relocation Specialist designation, and am a Certified Negotiation Specialist. Whether it comes to helping clients with relocation, downsizing, or investment properties, I thoroughly enjoy assisting you in every step of the real estate process. Selling California Real Estate
As your Seller’s Agent, I will do everything to help you obtain the best price possible for your home. I will market your property and negotiate fair offers on your behalf. I will help get your house in order, and pay for staging and landscaping if needed. I will bring in a professional photograher for photos and video.  If you are willing I will make sure we have Open Houses every weekend until your home is under contract. I will never put yout home on lock box, and will be there for every showing. 

Get to Know Me
I have lived in the San Diego area since 1992, and can't imagine living enywhere else. When I am not busy helping my clients finding or selling prime California real estate, you will find me spending time with my husband Tim and our daughters, Olivia and Alexandra. Our family fosters animals for Helen Woodward Animal Center, and when there is free time we love to travel, play and watch volleyball, enjoy gardening, hiking, biking, and cooking.
